Life is a Game You Can See Through

I learned a truth from a video game: money there is worthless, effort is enormous, and most rewards are useless — yet chasing them feels satisfying. Pride, excitement, desire — all real emotions, all tied to illusions.

Life works the same way. Money, status, validation — they give temporary joy, a sense of security or power, but at the end, they vanish. Most people spend their lives chasing these illusions, becoming slaves to a cycle they rarely question.

And yet, we cannot fully escape desire. The mind needs something to hold onto — to feel alive, to feel good, to strive, to express itself. Without it, life feels empty.

The key is not to quit the game, but to play consciously. Earn, build, strive — but see it for what it is. Understand the illusions, and you free yourself from being trapped by them.

You don’t need endless accumulation or social approval to feel alive. Hold onto what truly matters: presence, growth, beauty, truth, compassion. These are not fleeting; they are qualities of being.

Life is a game we never win. But once you see the rules, you can play with awareness, intention, and joy. You can participate fully — without surrendering your freedom to the illusions that control most minds.
